L’établissement Tototo Morioka vous accueille à Morioka, à respectivement 2,2 km et quelques pas de ces lieux d’intérêt : Gare de Morioka et House of Morioka Town. Morioka is a nice, quiet city and Tototo is in a lovely peaceful neighborhood. Dela-san, the owner is very friendly and helpful with information about the area. The Sunday dinner and Monday morning walk were both among some of my favorite highlights of my trip to Japan so far.

Location is less than 10mins from Hiraizumi station and everything in the town is within walking distance, except for Takkoku-no-iwaya for which you can try public transportation or rent a bike near the station. The house is traditional Japanese but with modern amenities super nice and very comfortable. Room is spacious with an AC, remote controlled lights and a very comfortable futon bed. The couple living there is lovely and of a rare kindness, truly embodying Japanese hospitality. When I stayed there it rained all day and they game me a lift to Takkoku-no-iwaya by car, patiently waiting for me visiting the location. They prepare an amazing homemade traditional breakfast and were nice to chat with as well, available for anything I neeced. My time there was short but I can't recommend this place enough if you're in Hiraizumi.

The property and facilities were all very comfortable, clean and cosy. The staff were all exceptionally professional and helpful and good at communication. In particular, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me liaise and retrieve a pair of gloves from a restaurant that I had accidentally left.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful location, authentic Japanese rural experience, delicious food, comfortable stay, and very friendly host. We felt right at home. A memorable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Forest Cottage Oshu. It was the perfect winter getaway - cozy and wholesome! There was snow everywhere and it felt so magical! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed the nearby onsen, which is free if you stay at one of the cottages. When we came back from the onsen in the evening, the staff started a bonfire outside that just enhanced the magical atmosphere. We found a couple of sweet potatoes in a plastic bag hung at our door handle and fully enjoyed roasting them in the bonfire. Such an amazing stay!

L’établissement ゲストハウス蘖 -ひこばえ se trouve à Kitakami, à respectivement 34 km et 35 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Temple du Chūson-ji et Temple Mōtsūji. The holiday flat is quite close to the Sakura spot of Tenshochi Park and the Michinoku folk museum. The flat is located at the riverside with a lovely view and is decorated prettily. The owner is nice. She showed us some beautiful places when we arrived and drove us to the station when we had to leave.
