The staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfast os excellent and there is complimentary drink for new customer. The onsen is perfect and the room is very big. They even helped me to carry my luggage to the room since I went to the hotel early at 6am before the check in time. I went out for a walk and only manage to come back to the hotel to check in at 8 pm...before I realized it they had helped to sent all the luggage to the room. Excellent service

L’établissement Hakuba Third Place Lodge se situe à Hakuba (Nagano), à proximité de ce lieu d’intérêt : Station de ski de Hakuba Goryu. Everything was impeccable and the spaces are all very cozy. The private bath was a such a treat. We loved the views from the room and shared spaces as the house is next to the forest. Akira is an awesome host. Even though we stayed here during green (and rainy) season, he gave us lots of recommendations of things to do around the area. He speaks English fluently so communication was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

The room is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to details. Elia and his wife are gracious and very helpful hosts.

Beautiful place, really sweet owners, great facilities including two couples' onsens! A really great breakfast. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is not only beautiful but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. We especially recommend dining at the restaurant—the curry was truly one of the best I’ve ever had.

They met us at the train station and catered for our every need. In particular one of our group had an accident and needed medical attention. They called the ambulance and accompanied her to hospital, followed by her husband and the rest of the party in the car. We had food in the restaurant on the first night, also highly recommended. Faultless in a word, they couldn’t have done more

Malgré une météo pluvieuse, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant et pense à tous les détails. L'emplacement est calme et reposant. La tente est très confortable, le repas du soir (hot pot) délicieux et généreux. Possibilité de demander une version végétarienne ou vegan. Une parenthèse enchantée bien agréable. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire sur d'anciens commentaires, la douche est désormais incluse dans le prix.
