A lovely, modern hotel with relatively large rooms, every amenity you could want, an excellent restaurant, and a beautiful onsen and restaurant complex next door. Just across the street from the train station and a very short walk catty-corner to the ferry terminals. The staff was terrific, both in the hotel and restaurant, and did everything possible to make us feel like honored guests. An extra touch was free coffee/tea/snacks/ice cream and as much bottled water as we wanted. One of our favorite hotels on our 3-month trip.

Die Unterkunft Touchian besticht durch Stadtblick und Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten und einer Terrasse, ungefähr 1,3 km von Kuni Shrine entfernt. The facilities were exceptional with a nice LARGE bath, plenty of room and a fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very caring and filled the fridge with delicious local food, including the legendary Okayama Pione grape. Will come again next time we need to stay at Okayama!

The host met me personally to pass me the keys, it was a nice and friendly touch. The place is not big but very comfortable, and we could also do our laundry! My personal favourite was the bed, it was SUPER comfortable, I had a really good sleep. My kids were enamoured by the thoughtful panda decorations throughout the house.
