The ryokan is exactly how we wanted to have for our japanese experience, clean and so comfortable with a nice wood bath. Included also an awesome dinner and breakfast! Besides that, the map with a passport is a great idea to know the local shops and very welcome people. By far the best staying! Thank you so much!

Make sure you book the breakfast when you book your room—it’s well made, delicious, and served with true elegance. The owner, Mr. Maekawa, was very gracious in making us feel comfortable and setting dinner reservations around town. There are many things to do in Chichibu and it’s only about a 10 minute walk to the Seibu-Chichibu Station, so although it is situated near a forest it’s not remote at all.

The house is immaculately clean, well-organized, and incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The owner has thought of everything—providing numerous amenities and essentials in case you forget anything while traveling, which was so thoughtful and convenient. The location is ideal, situated right at the heart of the Kawagoe attractions. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to everything you’ll want to see, yet it remains peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. We highly recommend this home and can’t wait to return!

Weniger als 11 km von Mukodai Park und 11 km von JGSDF Public Information Center entfernt in Tokorozawa gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft IN THE LIBRARY hotel and books TOKOROZAWA - Opening in 15th July... Facility was nice and clean. The staff was helfull and accomodating. The free drinks (coffee, juice, teac) all the was nice.

June was so friendly and the guesthouse felt like a home! Unfortunately I could only stay one night because of my plans before and after Kawagoe, would love to stay longer! Kuku (the dog) was also so cute and calm ❤️ Comfortable bed, huge common space and kitchen, Supernintendo, Ghibli vibes everywhere..😍 What more can you wish for? It was such a cozy place! I have to come back one day! Thank you so much!

This is a rental house on the outskirts of Tokyo. The sleepy city of Satte was wonderful to stay in and get away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The place itself was very well priced and spacious, with an equipped kitchen and a couple supermarkets just 15 minutes away by walking. Super convenient. The train station was only a 6 minute walk away, and the line goes straight to Asakusa. Also nice. The staff/owner was very considerate and responded in a courteous and timely fashion.
