Loved the ground floor pool, it was huge with 3 depths that suited kids and adults. And upstair pool had swim up bar which is a plus plus & sauna. Both floors had jacuzzi, and there is also a shared Sauna pool which is rare in Japan. We spent 1 full day by the pool. They also have DJ playing on Fri and Sat that we were there. there is only 1 restaurant. but they offer pool menu and regular menu, food are all very good. the RED bar is also a very cool bar to visit Staff are very friendly and helpful, spoke good english.

We spent more time than planned inside the house as the weather was quite poor during our trip and it was very comfortable and cozy. The owner was also very kind and answered all the questions I had before arrival. Check in was super smooth and the bus stop is within a 3 minute walk. Convenient with the Donki nearby incase you need something!

On the day of check in , muu-chan, one of the guest house manager is very kind and luckily we had a great time with other wonderful guests from all over the world, the stars we saw together at night on the near by beach were beautiful! The hostel owner was so kind and helpful with our trip to Iriomote. She went above and beyond by picking us up from the ferry port and helping with recommendations. The room is simple, island accommodation but the shared common room is very nice with instruments and books. Kitchen was nice to use to make some food if we wanted. Extra fuzzy blankets free to use if you got cold in the night. Check out the stars at night! Also, FREE bike rental. What more could you want? Definitely check out the Co-op store down the street; delicious fresh food after 11am try the taco rice!!! We really loved Iriomote it was so peaceful and special. Our favorite island. Do visit and this hostel will serve you right!!

We have rental cars at the hotel. Our airport transfers are free until 6pm. A car is essential to explore the island. Please inquire after booking for rates and availability. Parking charges are expensive for outside rentals; parking for our cars is free. The property has a nice pool, beachfront location and kayaks to rent free of charge. The hotel is ideally located in the middle of Ishigaki so if you rent one of Joshes little vans (a must for the price) you can explore both the north and south sides of the island easily.
