The room was clean, spacious, and had air conditioning—very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was kayaking with Ben. You absolutely have to try this trip; you won’t regret it! It’s an amazing adventure paddling on the Mekong River. It might sound a bit wild, but don’t worry—Ben takes care of everything!

This is really a gem that sticks out to your standard homestay and guesthouses. I've been in countless in Asia and this was one of the best. The host Dary is amazing. She is friendly, helpful and has a lot of interesting stories to tell. She loves to talk and you can sit with her and her husband in the evening to share stories about how she grew up and about life in this Village. Rooms are big, Clean, big bathrooms. All kinds of services available, bus Transport, motorbike and bike rental, dolphin tours. Cant recommend this enough. If you go to Kratie this is the place.

A very special place with great traditional wooden houses as rooms. Really loved the place. Something different and very well done. Tasteful, artful, very spacious and comfortable rooms. An atmosferic open restaurant with good food. Large pool. All in a beautiful setting on the quiet island in front of Kratie. A great place to stay!

A Truly Magical and Unforgettable Stay I had the absolute pleasure of spending time in this wonderful homestay, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The family is incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. They open their home with open hearts and truly make you feel like part of the family. You can also have delicious homemade food. They even lent me a bike free of charge to explore the city and shared delicious mangoes fresh from their own garden. People like Khuon (girl at the reception) make my travel so much better! She is polite, helpfull, have great knowledge about Kratie. She is comunicative, does not avoid guest when they ask too many questions (like me 😅) and she speaks good english. Trully good soul. Guesthouse is a very nice place in great location. Rooms are clean nad specious. There is big, cozy area where you can chill and rest.

I returned after my first stay. This really is a proper traditional nice hostel. There’s life in the dorm, it’s all run by a family with children that run around, tours can be booked here. The bed was cosy and the view from the balcony stunning. There’s lockers provided and the WiFi was strong enough to work. If in Kratie and on a budget this is definitely a very good choice, also location wise.
