Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Außerdem betreibt die Familie einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man die wichtigsten Dinge bekommt.

Peaceful and secluded, with all the amenities necessary. Nice pool overlooking the lake + smaller pool.

It was a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Arugam Bay. It is quiet and secluded, with surfers in the bay in the afternoons. Long beach walks and relaxing is what you do here. The food is fresh and tasty and reasonably priced too. The staff are friendly and quiet, always tending to the gardens. My room had a lovely 4 poster bed, and a nice patio area for relaxing. I loved my stay here.

Wonderful property and host! Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

Very beautiful place. Loved the garden and the breakfast. It’s freshly made, every morning something different and super delicious. Very short walk to the beach. The host is so nice. He would be able to plan safari for you, a trip to the jungle with the motorbike, surf lessons, …. Would come back for sure 🩵

Die in Komari gelegene Unterkunft Hilltop Cabanas besticht durch einen Garten, eine Terrasse sowie ein Restaurant. We had an amazing time at Hilltop Cabanas! The place is located right at the beach and around there is pretty much just nature - we loved it! The manager was so friendly and even showed us wild roaming elephants in the afternoon, an unforgettable experience! The Cabana itself was perfect: it was clean, had a special atmosphere because you are sleeping „outside“ but even tho there was no AC it‘s not too hot at night. The common area had some books and games you could use which was also really cool. The food choices were limited (offseason) but the meals were just fantastic - 10/10! All in all: 100% recommend this place!
