The room was super clean, cozy and large. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had two times dinner there and the food was very, very good, The hotel has a pool and beautiful surroundings. And yes, cold water in the shower :) We can highly recommended this hotel!!! We loved it ❤️

This was by far the best stay I’ve had in Sri Lanka, and I truly wish I had stayed longer! The hostel is tucked away in a quiet, green area just outside the centre, the travel to the hostel is peaceful and extremely scenic. The place itself is beautiful, homely, and welcoming, and the host and their family are incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel immediately comfortable as a solo traveller. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the common areas are relaxing and charming. Breakfast and dinner were affordable, tasty, and filling. With the host’s guidance, I easily explored the stupas by push bike and never felt rushed or out of place. Whether you’re travelling solo or in a group, I can’t recommend this hostel enough—it’s warm, accommodating, and an unforgettable experience.

I had an incredible stay at this property! Having visited Anuradhapura before, I can honestly say this time felt like a real getaway. The location is perfect—close to all the must-see landmarks, which made it so easy to explore the history and culture of the area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how peaceful and welcoming the place felt. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, and the food was absolutely fantastic—definitely five-star quality. One of the highlights for me was the calm, zen-like atmosphere, especially while relaxing by the beautiful pool. Super kind hosts, they were so attentive. They made us dinner even though we arrived late, they even got up at 5am to make us breakfast to bring with us on our safari. Location was great as we’re close to the safari. The room was comfortable and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Excellent hotel Located in nature But still everything is very clean and tidy. The rooms are beautiful, clean, loud, excellent air conditioning. The pool is really good, located in nature And feels like a spring. The food is excellent. The staff is really good. We stayed in 3 hotels in the city and this is the best hotel by far. A great place for children. Highly recommended for those who want to be in a beautiful place in nature and close to all the historical sites. We had a great experience, highly recommend.

This place is perfect for backpackers, close to the bus station and to the archeological site, there are some places for eating 5min walking. This place by itself is really pretty, chill, quiet, and clean. There is a little kitchen, good wifi, good beds. You can even rent a bike ! As a solo female traveler I felt really safe and the owners were really nice to me, I loved my stay ! Thank you so much again guys, hope to see you again !

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the accommodation is well located for visiting the sites of Anuradhapura. The hosts are incredibly generous and hospitable. They did everything to make us feel comfortable and helped us organize our visits. And above all, we had the best Sri Lankan breakfast of our entire trip!!! New Homestay with comfortable big rooms. Very nice shower, better than what I have at home. Silent airconditioning. Not cheap but worth the price because of the quality of the rooms. Extra will be breakfast 1200,diner 1500, softdrinks 300-500. Food good though. Contact with the manager only by phone, that's a pity, contact with the local family who takes care of the accommodation and food is very good, though little English.

It is more beautiful a place than the pictures-if that’s possible! We spent 3 days, one just relaxing in the premises and we don’t think we can get over it! The people working are really helpful, really kind and provide you with anything you need. From their welcome until their tips for our departure, they were tireless and obliging. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Also, they can arrange any visit in the nearby monuments and cities with excellent service. Bonus for us: on the day of our departure monkeys were playing outside our room, which we enjoyed so much. Can’t recommend it enough!!!!!
