We are really well at Suriya Guest :) we had the breakfast and dinner twice which was delicious. The host was super welcoming and kind. The rooms were spacious and had heating, which was important because we were there when it was only 17 degrees Celcius.

Absolutely everything. Krishna is an amazing host. From the moment my husband and I arrived we were treated with so much warmth and he made us feel at home. The room is spacious with a private bathroom, and there is also a common area to chill or have food. The location is great because at night time it is super quiet and we slept super well. No noises no disturbance. It is just a little walk to town, but nearby there are great coffee shops and restaurants. I would love to add something else I think is very important. Unfortunately on our second day in Nuwara, Ditwah cyclon came over and devastated the whole country. We couldn't continue our trip and had to stay in Nuwara. Thanks to Krishna hospitality we had a roof to stay warm and safe, we had homemade food and someone who kept us informed and protected. So I can only be grateful to have met this wonderful person and to share time with him. He went beyond and above to make my husband and I feel comfortable. His generosity and hospitality will always be one of the best memories I had of Sri Lanka. There are no words to express my gratitude. All I can tell is this is maybe not a fancy hotel, but it is the best accommodation you could stay in Nuwara because the people in charge are truly amazing. By the way, his wife and his little baby are so friendly too, and we were very happy to meet them. Thank you!!!!

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt – auch wenn es etwas kühl war. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This was our third time in Nuwara Eliya, snd this time we were very lucky with the hotel. Firstly, it is located in a beautiful place on a mountain with a view of tea plantations, the city and a Buddhist monastery. You can see it without getting out of bed. Secondly, we had a very nice spacious room with a large balcony, kitchen and a comfortable bed. There was excellent hot water, which is especially important for Nuwara Eliya. Special thanks to host Alex and his staff for their hospitality, desire to help, delicious breakfasts and lunches. For my wife and me, this is the best hotel in Nuwara Eliya
