Mr. Kalindu was our guide for a full-day safari trip; his resourcefulness and expertise in the field were impressive. We came to Yala National Park hoping to see a leopard, and he made sure we didn’t leave disappointed. 10/10 guys! Thank you so much!!

The rain didn't hinder us, and a very good jeep is a must to travel these days. Their jeep is very good. The driver is better than anything. They showed us many animals. After some hectic first days, this place allowed us to finally unwind and truly feel like we were in paradise. The villas with private pools are amazing: clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The surrounding gardens bring so much peace and calm, and the yoga shala was perfect for starting the morning with relaxing movement. The staff was simply the best! Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, with good energy and helpful. We stayed only two nights but immediately felt at home. The team kept surprising us with their kindness and attention to detail, including the romantic dinner on the beach on our last night. A big thank you to the manager Akila, the restaurant team, and the wellness staff, who made our stay extra special and memorable! We wish everyone a fantastic and successful season ahead! The hotel provides an indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. We had such a beautiful stay at My Resort Yala. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and cared for - the staff really want to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This is evident in the facilities - air con, good fans, filtered water in the room, mosquito nets (even though there weren’t many mosquitos), a fridge, a hair dryer, adapters to suit every country’s appliances. My favourite - bicycles. This allowed us to ride around town - a thoroughly enjoyable way to see the place. We did an afternoon safari and managed to see a sloth bear! Along with so many other animals - many elephants, crocodiles, deer, bird species, mongoose, jackals, goannas (probably forgetting a lot here). The leopard eluded us. My husband and I have been on safari in Africa so we thought maybe we’d be underwhelmed - but it was awesome. The pool was great for my kids. The temperature was just right. Breakfast was tasty and very generous, and the place has such a peaceful outlook over the rice fields. All of this for such good value. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a lovely stay.
