I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the host and his family. He was able to help us arrange transportation to/from the guesthouse and also the safari jeep. The location is very quiet despite being by the main road. It’s located some distance from the safari but still relatively close by. we managed to see the elephant and even a leopard! The room itself was clean and well planned, all the basic amenities were provided for us.

They helped arrange transportation both to and from their resort. The food was exceptional and exceeded all expectations and included fresh salad with dinner as well as a protein option and local cuisine that was home cooked. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The safari experience was great, and our driver made sure we saw as many animals as possible. We traveled with a little kid and we also appreciated that our daughter had his daughter to play with.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The food was great. They make the best safari tours and we felt that they are much better than the other operators. The vehicles are perfect for photographers and wildlife lovers and the guides are very knowledgeable and will do the impossible so you don't miss your chance at seeing leopards, bears and elephants. Highly recommend

Mon mari et moi avons réservé une chambre au Ceylon Resort afin de visiter le parc national de Wilpattu. Nous avons reçu un accueil incroyablement chaleureux de la part de tous et tout particulièrement de Roshan, le propriétaire de l'établissement, qui a rendu notre séjour à Wilpattu inoubliable. Roshan a été très réceptif et arrangeant. Il a organisé pour nous, entre autres, la course en taxi depuis l'aéroport de Bandaranaike ainsi qu'une journée complète de safari avec un chauffeur et un guide. Notre guide, Sineth, connaissait très bien la faune de la région et a repéré pour nous des animaux que nous n'aurions jamais vus autrement. Quant au Ceylon Resort en lui-même : la chambre était impeccable et confortable et tous les repas cuisinés maison étaient excellents. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque souhaite visiter le parc national de Wilpattu.

Situé à Wilpattu et offrant une vue sur la piscine, l’établissement Wild Wadi Wilpattu - Villas with private Plunge Pools comprend une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une plage privée, une terrasse et... We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was awesome and better then expected. The AC worked good and the pool was very nice to cool down. Around the accommodation there were a few monkeys to spot and observe. The best was the staff, especially Shantha. He's done everything to fulfill our wishes. The manager Manori is doing a good job too. Unfortunately, we had not the time to meet her in person.

They are very attentive and attended to all our needs. The bungalow is spacious, comfy and nicely laid out. The photos on the wall are taken by Isuru himself and are absolutely stunning, he’s one talented photographer! Samadhi cooked amazing Sri Lankan breakfast and dinners and had no issues making them vegetarian for us. We stayed 3 nights, booked a half day and full day safari through the accommodation and we loved every minute of it. Wilpattu is an incredible park filled with lots of wildlife. We also did the walking tour with Isuru and got to see the local farming/land practices and that was good fun, be sure to do it. Isuru and Samadhi are a beautiful couple and we wish them all the best in their new journey with Safaria Lodge.
