We had such a beautiful stay at My Resort Yala. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and cared for - the staff really want to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This is evident in the facilities - air con, good fans, filtered water in the room, mosquito nets (even though there weren’t many mosquitos), a fridge, a hair dryer, adapters to suit every country’s appliances. My favourite - bicycles. This allowed us to ride around town - a thoroughly enjoyable way to see the place. We did an afternoon safari and managed to see a sloth bear! Along with so many other animals - many elephants, crocodiles, deer, bird species, mongoose, jackals, goannas (probably forgetting a lot here). The leopard eluded us. My husband and I have been on safari in Africa so we thought maybe we’d be underwhelmed - but it was awesome. The pool was great for my kids. The temperature was just right. Breakfast was tasty and very generous, and the place has such a peaceful outlook over the rice fields. All of this for such good value. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a lovely stay.

Udara, the host, was very kind and accommodating. I had many questions about good places to eat, the Yala safari, and more, and he patiently answered all of them. I stayed here for three days and two nights. On the first day, I had lunch and dinner at a local restaurant. Since my safari was scheduled for 5 AM the next morning, I asked Udara to pack breakfast, and they provided vegetarian burgers and sandwiches. Later, I ordered a vegetarian dinner with eggs as an extra, which was well worth the price. The taste, quality, and portion size were excellent for two people. The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic, and they packed another breakfast for my early morning safari. Additionally, Udara arranged transportation for my next destination at the same rate as the PickMe app. He also accepts card payments. Since most people visit Yala for the safari, Udara can assist with arranging Jeeps and entry.
