Das Yakaduru Yala liegt in der Pufferzone des Yala-Nationalparks. Sie wohnen nur 5 Minuten vom Eingang zum Yala-Nationalpark entfernt. Staying at Yakaduru was one of the best ideas we had during the trip in Sri Lanka. The staff looked after us and took us on an amazing walk around the hotel. They have a wealth of knowledge about animals, they are true enthusiasts! Hotel clean, very well maintained. Food - adapted to European tastes ;-) very delicious ... and lots of it .... Safari expedition (in our case a full day) - was great. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to meet nature face to face and relax!

Very quiet place. Located very close to the city. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. You can get bicycles for free. Our safari was organized by the hotel. It is very excellent. Our driver is very good. We saw all kinds of animals including leopards. We went on a full day safari. We had a wonderful breakfast and lunch. After the safari, we got a taxi from them to go to Mirissa. Very reasonable prices. They always try to provide the best service.

The hotel is run by a wonderful family. The owner is very helpful, doing everything himself, from garden maintenance to delicious lunches and dinners. The host organized a safari tour for us upon arrival, got up early in the morning, set off and served breakfast. I really want to wish such people success. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, you can walk to the town center and the ocean. Great pool with sun loungers.

This is a very comfortable hotel and the family who runs it is lovely! They took me to see bats flying at sunset and cooked incredible meals. I also did the full day safari - my guide was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of the animals’ environment.

Großartiges Guesthouse mit tollem Gastgeber. Sehr herzlich. Da wir unsere Safari über den Gastgeber gebucht haben, hat er am Abend unserer Ankunft noch eine kostenlose Tuk Tuk Tour um den See mit uns gemacht. War super spannend. Vor allem die größte Flughund-Kolonie hat uns beeindruckt. Die Lage des Guesthouse ist super idyllisch mit tollem Blick. Die Zimmer war super sauber und für ein paar Tage total ausreichend. Vor und nach der Safari haben wir noch kostenfrei Tee und Kaffee bekommen. Sonderwünsche für ein glutenfreies Lunch Paket für die Safari wurden super umgesetzt.

I made a booking here after I have read all the amazing reviews and I’m so glad I did. Nalin is such a nice person and just an amazing host! He contacted us after booking and we always stayed in touch. He was happy to help us with anything we needed and always provided with great tips and info. We were really touched with his hospitality. They cooked a great dinner just was for us that was included in the stay and it was soo good! Their house is beautiful, new, very clean. WiFi worked good. They even met us with welcome drinks and Nalin woke up at 4am to make a tea before our safari. Tissa itself is so beautiful town that is really worth visiting not only for Yala. We wish we could stay longer, we hope to come back again! Thank you very much Nalin 😊

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet - sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, mitten im Nationalparkgebiet und abgelegen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Man fährt über 10 Minuten über einen Feldweg hinaus, dort befinden sich dann zwei Zelte und das Restaurant (ein überdachter Platz mit zwei Tischen, wo man das Dinner serviert bekommt). Sehr gutes landestypisches Essen, nette Mitarbeiter. Außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, in so einer Unterkunft zu übernachten und definitiv zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft Udara Guest - Yala Safari befindet sich in Yala und bietet kostenloses WLAN. Gäste genießen einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge und eine Terrasse. I really enjoy this stay and especially the host. Udara was so helpful with everything. He arranged an incredible dinner for us (his mother cooked) and the breakfast was also awesome. He also played some UNO almost until midnight with us and we talked a lot about stuff in Sri Lanka and Yala especially. The vila is big and beautiful, the rooms are completely soundproof (the massive doors help a lot). Udara also hosts three snakes in a tree in the garden and they are so small and beautiful, and also harmless. He also went with us to a temple nearby and explained the history of it.
