From the moment we arrived, the warm, friendly, and helpful staff made us feel so welcome, thankyou to the porter who helped us with our bags to the room, reception, parking attendants, security and the cleaners (our room was spotless) and every other member of the team! A very special thank you to Mr. Youssef Manssouri, whose thoughtfulness truly made our experience extra special! After realising it was my partners birthday he and the reception sang happy birthday and MR. Youssef personally arranged a beautiful room decoration. He decorated the room with petals spelling out “Happy birthday Luke”, balloons, a stunning bunch of flowers and a lovely cake, macaroons, fruit and nuts creating the most perfect atmosphere for celebration. It was such a lovely surprise for my partner and added a personal touch that we will never forget out of his own kindness. The attention to detail and the care shown by the staff truly set this hotel apart. The hotel was very clean, rooms were flawless and very well maintained! We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and truly special stay.
