Voile Bleue is a small hotel located near the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and our room was kept very clean. While a hotel is relatively small, there was almost always a free sunbed near the swimming pool and there was never a problem with parking space. Location is good for anyone interested in the northern and western parts of Mauritius, though access to the south and east may take some time and require a car. Be aware that the beach ahead of the hotel is not for swimming due to a rocky bottom, but one can swim at the nice artificial lagoon ahead of the next hotel and also some beautiful public beaches are a short bus or car ride away.

The owners are very kind and responsive. They explain where to go and what to see and also provide a list of activities and contacts. The breakfast is homemade and delicious, especially the french toast and the yogurt with granola. The water in the pool has a very natural feeling, and there is no taste or smell of chlorine which makes swimming in it very comfy If you are planning to spend some time in the north, i would definitely suggest booking some nights here.

Mandala is so confortable and cozy. Did meet all our expectations. We loved the place and the hosts were so helpful and kind. The awesome breakfast by the pool did open our mood to start those beautiful tropical days. On our return to Mauritius, that we hope for soon, Mandala Morris will be definitively or first option.
