Housekeeping was flawless, and I really appreciated the small, thoughtful touches in the room like tasty candies and cookies for tea or coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft that I had to force myself to get up in the morning! The pool area with its stylish terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the massage I had at the spa was simply excellent — deeply soothing and professionally done. The staff deserve special praise — attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming. Truly a five-star experience in every sense. I would return without hesitation!
