Totally amazing place in the middle of nowhere. Wonderful cottages with hot shower and comfy beds set around a large inner area facing the beautiful main restaurant and lounge, bar areas. So well built, around and including the large boulders, they’re even inside the main building. The food was exceptional, dinners and breakfast both. Staff are so friendly and they light fires in many fireplaces in the main building and outdoor firepit. Thanks to Melencia and the Chef and all the staff,all wonderful . It’s a very beautiful place visually and also close to Fish River Canyon. No trouble for 2wd to access from the main road.

Boetta & Mariette were so welcoming and engaging. Definitely order the fresh bread! The homemade rusks and guava jam are such a treat. The pool was a refreshing dip in the morning. We wished we could have stayed longer. Truly an exceptional place to stay!

The chalets were spotlessly clean, well equipped and very convenient after a long drive from Cape Town. The little touches of ground coffee with a plunger and Darling toffees were much appreciated and the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again, great value for money.

Inside the acomodation we found a starter pack of coffee, butter, milk and additional toilatries, sewing kits games, colouring books,... in case we forgot anything The state of the place paints a picture of someone who really loves what she does ant this is very much felt and appreciated. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. All the atractions were a very short driving distance away. It was also nice just to walk around the town as it is a very interestin one. Probably our favorite town while visiting Namibia. We also very much enjoed the company of the house pets. A very old and cudly dog Fufa and a cat whos name we unfortunatly forgot.
