La Ceibita Tours were great hosts, super friendly and their land is so peaceful. The views are absolutely beautiful, it's quiet, and relaxing. The prices are excellent, the tour was amazing and my family loved doing the Somoto Canyon tour. We all had a blast. Francisco and his family were an absolute pleasure, the food was simple but good and filling, and their prices were unbeatable. My kids loved all the animals they had there and had a great time holding chickens, parrots, riding donkeys, seeing baby cows. My family will 100% come back.

This place is really a home stay and not a hostel, which was a pleasant surprise for me. I had tremendous fun jumping and swimming down Somoto Canyon with Juan on his tour. Delicious (and inexpensive!) meals by his wife. I extended my stay an extra night it was so pleasant. Cool air in the evenings, and warm during the day. Far enough off the highway to barely hear the trucks going by. Great WiFi to watch Netflix. What a wonderful introduction to Nicaragua this was!

They truly set the tone for the warmth and care that surrounds this special place. Emir is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home. His breakfasts are absolutely fantastic - delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and the perfect way to start each day. But what impressed us most was his genuine willingness to do everything possible (and seemingly impossible!) to ensure our comfort and happiness. He even allowed us to use his personal refrigerator, which was incredibly helpful and just one example of how he treats guests like family rather than customers. The entire hostal is surrounded by an atmosphere of care and coziness that makes you never want to leave. We genuinely enjoyed every single minute of our stay. If you're looking for authentic hospitality, a comfortable place to rest, and a host who truly cares about your experience, Hostal San José is the perfect choice. Situé à Los Potrerillos et offrant une vue sur le jardin, l’établissement Hostal Izacalli possède un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse, un restaurant et un barbecue. En premier lieu, nous avons apprécié l’accueil d’Ariel. Une personne très sympathique et même si nos langages étaient differents la compréhension c’est faite, malgré tout. En plus de l’hébergement, Ariel propose une randonnée et canyoning au Canyon de Somoto dont le départ est vraiment très proche du logement. Le logement et le lieu où il se situe nous mettent en conditions Nicaraguayennes. Merci à Ariel pour sa gentillesse et son dénouement.
