We didn’t regret not booking the mountain view suite because you can see mountains from all sides. The experience of staying in the shipping containers was so fun, but do note that there are heavy winds at night so bring ear plugs. The staff were so wonderful, very friendly and helped us organize a waterfall hike and drive down to the town. We loved eating at the restaurant Las Nubes close by and it was convenient to have breakfast there. Very peaceful experience and nice to have a bathroom attached, although expect a bit of dirt on the floor of the room. The complementary coffee was a nice touch to enjoy from the balcony with a view.

We had a nice welcome from Alex and he was available to answer our questions and advice us. Alex has special skills to release knocks on your back so do not hesitate to take a treatment with him. This is something unique in the world.

Perfect location—just 10 seconds from the ocean and the beach! You can tell everything is made with love, and the owners truly care. A fridge with reasonably priced drinks (cola, beer) and snacks. Hosts provide boogie boards, sunscreen, and other beach essentials—everything you need! Cons: While the house is on the beach, it’s far from infrastructure. The nearest store is a 20-minute walk, but it only sells chips and chocolate. If you need real food (meat, cheese), you’ll need to take a taxi ($10 round trip) or a taxi + highway bus. So this place is for pure beach relaxation. Scorpions and ants sometimes got into our room, but since it's in the middle of nature, it’s understandable. The hosts provided insect repellent. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a secluded beach getaway!
