For sure I recommend this hotel and will go back. The smart tv in the room and fast wifi internet was a game changer in a city where internet is not good.

It's very easy to get to via shared car aka colectivo. Some Spanish would definitely help, but with a sense of aventure and Google translate, you'd be fine!
