We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is calm, refined, and beautifully designed—ideal for anyone seeking rest, elegance, and comfort. Every detail is carefully curated to create a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every taste. Starting the day with such incredible food and a breathtaking view of the city and the ocean was pure bliss. Souma was our perfect escape—an oasis of peace and sophistication in one of South America's busiest cities. Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... Nice and spacious room. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good, in a safe area and a short ride away from many attractions. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in Lima.
