We had good nights sleep Friendliness of the staff : they are very accommodating. Since the first day they showed us what to visit in the area and other areas. They were always available at every hour. The nice warm showers : when reading comments about other hotels, I noticed that plenty of them do not have or have little hot water. Well in la luna you can have nice hot showers. Breakfast à la carte was included

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar, Mercado, Pescados Capitales, La Cucharita, Matria, among others. We arrived really early in the hotel - around 6 in the morning and asked for an early check in. They were able to provide us the room immediately for an extra 35 dollars charge which also included the breakfast for the same morning. We happily took the offer as we needed some rest as soon as possible. The hotel is trendy and in a really good part of Miraflores - very close to the cliffs promenade and some good restaurants. It was really easy to get an Uber to and from it. The room was spacious and comfortable and I noticed that it had an AC which we didn't have to use. The bathroom was clean, had various hotel amenities and good running hot shower. The breakfast was buffet style - not very rich but quite enough to start the day well. The staff was nice and accommodating.

I was kindley greeted by the staff even at the late hours that i reached at the hotel, i was escorted to the room and also received a small crash course of the facilities, the staff knew i had a tour at 4 am and they offered me a breackfast bag for me to take on my tour!!

We never caught the names of all the staff except luis who walls and incredibly helpful. It seems unfair to pick out luis because all of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lima. I would like to say that I would love to return but it’s so far away from my home in the UK. It’s a really nice property in a really nice location. Supermarket on the next corner, easy walk to tourist area, and an archaeological site next door. Unfortunately my partner was sick during our stay - luckily, the bed was cosy, the internet was fast and stable, and the television worked well. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and free coffee and chilled, filtered water all day was a bonus. Hot water, great shower pressure; not much to dislike.
