Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, the staff here were not only the friendliest I've ever met but also the most helpful from start to finish. They helped us organise transport to the hotel from the airport and with travel locally and even recommended places for us to eat after long flight delays led us to arrive well after midnight. The breakfast selection was great too, and really enjoyable. We loved the room and of course relaxing in the pool area when we needed to recharge after all our exploring and adventuring. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The staff are so polite and very helpful. I love the colorful and cozy vibe. I didn't tried the pool since I ran out of time but it is very inviting. There is Robinson department store beside it. Clean inside the room and within the compound. Has life vest in good condition for rent. Friendly staff helped us with our bags and orientated us with the rooms and other things we should know. At check-out, the staff kindly called for a tuk-tuk and ensured we will not pay an unreasonable tourist price.
