This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

Situated in Praia da Vitória, Atlantida Mar Hotel is less than 6 km from Lajes International Airport. WiFi access is free and complimentary parking is available. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and had a balcony with an amazing view of the pool and sea. We lay in bed at night with the door open and listened to the waves and watched the sunrise. The hotel was just outside the town but there is a lovely promenade outside which leads into the town. Pool towels are provided and there is a small gym (which we didn’t use as preferred to run along promenade). Buffet breakfast was very nice. Car parking available on site. There was a lovely restaurant next door to hotel on sea front which was lovely in the evening.

Accommodation may feature views of the city, the bay or the ocean. Everything was perfect. A real 5 star’ hotel, with excellent services. The staff is very competent, polite and efficient. Rooms are extremely comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was wonderful, with varied products, of excellent quality. It was a wonderful stay - we are looking forward to our next stay!

Free parking is available, upon request. Very nice hotel, modern clean and confortable Facilities are top notch And the park is just wonderful Having access to the thermal pool before and after opening to the public is a big plus! You can enjoy them and even have them to yourself

The rooms are well insulated and perfectly quiet, which made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable

The place was really clean. It had everything you could possibly need and the host was always super responsive which we definitely appreciated as first time travellers to Azores! The place is also located on a newer street so there is actually room to park a car if you are renting.

A beautiful boutique hotel with lovely rooms, and a great shower! Cristina was a fantastic and considerate host and cooked a delicious breakfast (and cake) every day! We would come back in a heartbeat.

Modern Azorean which was delightful. The light pink colour of the room was so calming and relaxing with the common areas being welcoming and peaceful. The staff however were the best and most welcoming and accommodating of any we have experienced in our travels. What an exceptional team the hotel has. A true credit to Azorean hospitality and just like a family to us!!
