Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!

The hotel is new and that can be seen everywhere. It's an excellent option for an over night stay being next to motorway. The breakfast was excellent, one of the richest and most varied I ever had in a hotel. Hope they will keep the same after a while and it's not only for hotel launching.

The location is perfect, you can enjoy the best view of castle at any time from window of your room or bar or restaurant. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The last thing but most importantly is the restaurant, in my opinion it is one of the best in Romania, you have to not miss it.

Above all, the staff is awesome. They are all the time ready to walk the extra-mile, to make the traveler's stay magic. Jumping in, when the slightest event occurs, helping us and offering info and advice. Great staff! The breakfast was a feast too, with a large selection of dishes. As I have been staying there for Christmas and New Year's Eve, we got almost all the time treats from the Romanian cuisine, typical for the region. I was also impressed by the host's kindness, to offer us sweetbread and wine for Christmas (a loaf and a bottle to each traveler!) and the same for the New Year's Eve, when the wine was sparkling. Great hosts! The building is new, the elevator is working properly and the view is gorgeous. Very comfortable rooms too and kept clean daily.

One of the best hotels in Romania at this point and a good representative of the Radisson brand. Beautiful modern design with a local touch. Rooms are spacious and clean and so are the bathrooms.

For the first time I was so surprised how well the apartment was. Andrei was so helpful in our arrival and we appreciate it. The whole apartment was clean and all the necessary facilities were provided. We highly recommend this apartment if anyone wants to visit brasov. The view of brasov mountain was amazing. Very important the bathroom was clean.
