A Hidden Gem in Trosa! My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautifully charming, spotless, and perfectly cozy. Absolutely gorgeous, historic accommodation in the heart of Strängnäs. You can see the Domkyrka bell tower from the bedroom window and it’s a short walk to the harbour and windmill (well worth a tour—it’s free and the guides are fantastic). Henrik and Isa have thought of every comfort and are incredibly obliging hosts. The bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Strängnäs itself is adorable. Its location on Mälaren makes for a beautiful outlook, there are cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There are shops, pubs and swimming spots. The train takes you to Stockholm in less than an hour and it’s not too far to Mariefred and Gripsholms Slott. I mean, what’s not to love? Henrik and Isa have good recommendations to suit your needs. You should stay here!

everything was wonderful. A very nice and cozy house. We felt like home. and the children were delighted with the playground. peace and quiet. nice helpful hosts.

Very nicely decorated hotel and people were exceedingly friendly. The receptionist was extremely helpful with organizing a massage from outside. Did not eat there in the evening but the breakfast was very tasty.
