Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

If you are to bring your own food there is a clean and fully equipped kitchen available. Free coffee and premium organic tea. Convenient check-in. Situated in the town of Poprad and the Aquacity Poprad reachable within a 5-minute walk, Boutique Hotel Villa ZAUBER offers accommodation in modern rooms, High Tatras views, a breakfast-restaurant, free WiFi available in all areas and private parking possible on site for a fee. I loved the order of getting the key to our room and all the explanations received prior to arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Initially, I was thinking that it's not well heated, but it was my bad. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Checkout went sweeftly. In short , PERFECT!!!

Other facilities offered at the property include ski storage. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, cycling and hiking. The property also offers free parking. Everything was new and clean. We had a nice looking room with ceiling windows at the new building. There was no teapot in the room, but you can always get some boiling water in the kitchen downstairs. There are also tables there, so we could eat and drink tea in the evening. They have billiards table and boarding games so people hang out there sometimes. The rooms were quiet and we had a good sleep there. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and there were always some options to eat, even for vegetarians (but for meat lovers options were better:). Usually they serve eggs (boiled or scrambled), sometimes sausages, spreads, bread, cheese and ham, butter, jams, corn flakes and milk, fresh vegetables and fruits. Coffee, tea and juice (artificial) to drink.

Free private parking is available on site. This hotel is fabulous. We were welcomed with all necessary things in the room and even more. The fridge in the room was stuffed with any kind of drink and at our arrival also chocolates on our pillows were there waiting for us. Breakfast is in a very nice restaurant of the hotel and choice is wide and quality high. Rooms with balcony had two chairs and flowers on the balcony. The hotel is very quiet and staff was extremely kind. I was not feeling very well and they allowed me to take Breakfast in the room. Everything was so good that we decided to stay one more night so they found an exactly the same room and charged us the same price. Everything was perfect.

The modern Panorama Resort hotel is located directly at Štrbské Pleso. A wellness area with Finnish, steam, and infrared saunas can be found on the ground floor just behind the reception. Guests can relax in the relaxation zone featuring a tropical shower and comfortable loungers.
