This hotel will always be my go-to place to stay in Istanbul. From the very friendly and welcoming reception staff to the comfortable rooms and convenient location, everything was excellent. We arrived early, around 7 a.m., even though check-in was at 2 p.m., but they were kind enough to give us our room by 9 a.m., which we really appreciated. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with professional room service. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine inside the room — a great convenience for longer stays.

The location was perfect and close (short walking distance) to the main attractions. The hotel is new so the room was in a great condition, the room was spacious, lovely decor and an excellent bathroom. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. They accommodated our late check out which removed so much hassle for us. The breakfast buffet had excellent selection (absolute highlights were the simit, croissants, cheeses and the turkish sausages) all fresh and delicious. I'd happily stay there again.

It is clean, well maintained, with furniture in very good condition, and a comfortable bed. The reception staff is very friendly. The hotel has its own private parking located just across the street, with a barrier. Breakfast is complete, varied, and the dishes are delicious.

My stay at the Mayar serviced apartments was excellent. I had booked a one-bedroom apartment with a living room for four nights, but upon arrival I was told it was unavailable due to an issue with the booking system (my reservation was made through Booking.com). They upgraded me to a larger three-bedroom apartment, where I stayed for the entire period. The location is great—quiet and close to the Al-Fateh area. Parking is available and hassle-free. The building and apartment are very clean; the furniture is new, luxurious, and comfortable, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything a guest might need. The internet is very good, and the reception staff are polite and professional. I highly recommend staying there.
