We loved the location. It was perfectly located near all the things we love to do. All of the staff we had contact with at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Room was in excellent condition and very clean. Beds very comfortable and shower was amazing. We enjoyed the bar area and all the seating. We enjoyed the live music.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

The rooms were massive.The smell of the hotel was like I was on a tropical island and it also gave the tropical island field yet being surrounded by mountains.

Fantastic location. Staff were so friendly, it felt as though you were being invited into their personal home. Room was a wee bit dated, but that just added to the whole experience and ambiance of the hotel. We would love to return, and hope absolutely nothing changes.
