Even though it took them a few minutes to locate our reservation for che- in due to mistake in the last name the staff member went out of his way to apologize and provided extra water bottles. Room was perfect and so was location and service.

This eco-friendly hotel is 9 minutes' walk from Millennium Park. The staff were nice & friendly. Room & bathroom were very spacious & clean. I also loved the little dog made from washcloths that was left on my bed, so cute! The location was great, so close to everything that you could walk. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband has Parkinson's Disease and I asked in advance for an accessible room. Upon arrival, we had already been assigned an accessible room. It was beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast was good both days. The staff was very attentive. My husband fell getting on the elevator on Wednesday, November 26th and Elena (desk clerk?) ran to his assistance and helped him to his feet. She was wonderful and very attentive and concerned. I would definitely recommend this hotel and not hesitate to stay there again if we're ever in Chicago again. Special thank you to Elena. I wish I'd gotten her last name.
