Staff where excellent room well appointed with everything we needed including umbrella - which we needed. Had a wonderful stay in New York City!

Every apartment at this hotel offers a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen cable TV. Every residence also comes with a private bathroom with toiletries. I loved the fact the staff was always available. Check-in/out was very smooth. Building offers everything you need in terms of food. In additional, having the apartment cleaned every day was very nice. Laundry works well and apartment was very nice and comfortable.

The place was a great option for a long layover to JFK. Was spacious and clean and the hosts very accommodating and wanting to ensure you were comfortable and happy.

The shower was amazing, super relaxing, and just what I needed after a long day.

All the Christmas decorations in the hotel, the comfort of the bed , room services, luxury bath fragrances from Le Labo , you can also feel it around all the hotel , the live Jazz in Lounge on Pearl... simply the sence for the details in this hotel makes you feel so welcomed . It was my first trip to NY and there is no reason to choose any other hotel next time. An extra thanks to Sara! Thank you so much for this experience.
