Free WiFi access is available. I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful, friendly and efficient. We noticed that even the managers pitched in where needed. The building itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room was spacious and had a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and a lovely surprise was the kickback in the evening where you received complimentary drinks and food. We also loved the hotel bar which was open until late. We had a fabulous stay and if visiting Cleveland again we would not look to stay anywhere else.
