Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and situated 300 metres from Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Twin Mountain Inn & Suites features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi access and... Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.

Nous sommes situés à 1850 Parkway Sevierville et sont situés le long de la rivière Little Pigeon. Juste en face de la rivière Little Pigeon est Pigeon Forge. Staff was excellent, the facility was clean and smells like apples all the time, what's not to like! There is an indoor pool which makes it great especially if there are children in your party. Give them a try! I left something in the closet and they were very helpful with me to get it back.

The Gatlinburg inn was wonderful and perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Check in was smooth and easy as well as checking out.

The Walden, Trademark Collection By Wyndham provides access to many area attractions such as Dollywood theme park, Stampede theater, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, the Smoky Mountain Brewery and... Everything this hotel was fantastic
