The staff were excellent. Always looking out for our best interests at heart. My partner informed the staff prior to our arrival it was my birthday . They had a great welcoming happy birthday message in the room and the following morning at breakfast, they brought me a cake and sung for me. Thank you Helen, Dinh Phu & Bobby for assisting with all our points of concerns and making us feel welcomed. If we ever return to Da Nang, we would definitely be back to Golden Lotus Luxury.

We also enjoy the buy one get one 30 min spa, it’s pretty relaxing. I told the staff I want to celebrate about my mom‘s birthday. And when we arrived our room it was a great surprise! My mom was very happy and touched! Thank you!
