The hotel is freshly done and modern. Ultra clean. Great breakfast available if you like, as well as a downstairs spa. All super good. The staff made our stay even better. So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.
