Upon arrival, my aunt and her family were exceptionally well-cared for. The level of service and hospitality, from the comfortable rooms to the delicious food and the friendly staff, was truly beyond our expectations. I'm already planning my own trip to Vietnam, and I will definitely be staying here. The property it’s on a GREATTT & secure location, the staff it’s SUPER NICE 🌟 Mr. Lee, Sunny, Henry, Brian, Drake ✨ very lovely people and shows a lot of sincere care for the guest. The breakfast it’s totally worthier, very varied and delicious. Rooms very clean and comfortable (very nice pillows ☺️) only thing it’s missing a full size mirror 😫, besides that very recommended. The hotel is 1 min walk to the beer street 😅, like 10 min walk to the French quarter and overall very close to everything, it’s literally in the heart of the old quarter. I guest the name doesn’t help a lot but trust me the place it’s worth it. 💯 % recommended!

We stayed at L’Signature Hotel for three nights and, as someone who works in the 7-star hospitality industry, I can confidently say this stay exceeded every expectation. I genuinely could not fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were upgraded upon check-in, and our room was absolutely incredible—beautifully kept, spotless, and everything in perfect working order. Breakfast each morning was excellent, but what truly set this hotel apart was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. On our last morning, we chatted with a waiter about the coffee, and he kindly offered to share a recipe with us. When we came downstairs 10 minutes later to check out, the hotel gifted us a coffee kit. Thoughtful touches like this reflect not only great attention to detail but also exceptional team communication. We visited the spa on our first day, and it was wonderful—calming, professional, and the perfect way to begin our stay. The location is unbeatable if you want to be based in the heart of the Old Quarter. It’s an easy walk to the markets, the lake, and countless shops and cafes—yet the hotel remains peaceful and quiet in the evenings, which is rare for this area. The team also made our stay incredibly smooth by helping us book tours and transfers, taking all the stress out of planning and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Celine, Leo, Nancy and the whole team at L’Signature anticipated and prioritised our every need and genuinely made us feel cared for! I cannot recommend L’Signature Hotel & Spa highly enough. Exceptional service, thoughtful details, and a team that truly understands hospitality at the highest level. We will absolutely return.

We stayed at Ja cosmo Hotel in Hanoi as a family of five (4 adults and 1 child), and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and helpful, and they made a special effort to engage with our little one, which meant a lot to us. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful details throughout. The facilities were excellent, from the relaxing common areas to the well-maintained amenities. It really felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, Jacosmo is in a great spot – convenient to explore the city but still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A big thank you to the entire Jacosmo team for making our trip to Hanoi so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful and even speak Thai. Breakfast was tasty with many options, and the location was wonderful, close to shops and street restaurants which only take cash most of the time. Overall, a great place to stay, would come back summer next year.
