A wonderful place to relax and restore your health. We had a large room and a huge bathroom. Excellent wellness procedures, wonderful staff (both in the reception and in the spa center) - caring, friendly, extremely kind and genuinely communicative. Amazing location — right next to beautiful sights and hiking trails! Every neighbor we met was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The house has everything you need for cooking, plus lots of beds and sofas, which makes it perfect for families or groups of up to six. We especially loved the peaceful setting and the sounds of nature around the property. We greatly appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude towards our dog!

We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!

This is the best hotel I've experienced during my armenian trip, offering great value for the price. We got a suite room at an excellent rate, and everyone I've met here has been so kind and hospitable. The hospitality is truly outstanding! It is a place far away from everything, which gives it its beauty and romance, but it is not easy to get to, and there is nothing nearby (neither shops, nor restaurants...). The breakfast was very good with local bread, cheese, jam, tomatos .. The house is in the Arpa river valley, that is beautiful.
