This property is a gem in the area. It's a small, customer-oriented business that fulfills every wish, ensuring perfect comfort for everyone. The restaurant is also excellent, with truly delicious food. I must also mention the hotel's style, which embodies everything I love about the Austrian countryside. This pleasant hotel is located in the centre, right next to the River Ybbs. Our room was a spacious, well equipped room and bathroom with comfortable furniture and with nice view of the river. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the coffee was delicious. The owner lady, Katrin was very kind and helpful, We had a great time, thank you for the hospitality, we will come back again.

The room was clean and located in a beautiful area about 1 km from the center of Lunz. Breakfast was luxurious, generous, and served. There were rolls, ham, salami, cheese, butter, jams, fruit, and vegetables. We were also offered a choice of scrambled eggs or fried eggs. To drink, there was coffee and juice. Outside, there is a seating area for enjoying beer or wine. We were able to charge and store our e-bikes in the building.

The room was simple perfect. The small details were really nice, like teracce, furniture, cleanliness. The toalet and the bathroom was fare above the everage. Everywhere 1st class quality. The bed was really excellent. The surraounding,like pool, yoga area, and sauna, nice, well equipt. AND: the coffee in the bar in the afternoon, the espresso was the best in Austria! This was on a level of a speciallity coffee. Congratulation! The dinner, was great, wery nice area, food were tasty, good wines, elegant event. perfect.

The apartment is modern and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped. A lot of maps with the tips for trips were available in the apartment. During our stay in the evening outside was quiet, almost nobody in the village. It was refreshing in comparison to rush cities evenings.
