The convenience of the location - driving from Brisbane to Melbourne and that they allowed pets, this was the only reason we stayed there even after reading shocking reviews. The fact that we got a room without carpet was our saving grace.

The room was clean and comfortable, nice new cabinetry, good tv and the bathroom had been updated.
Comfortable bed. We were travelling with our small dog and this was the only pet friendly accommodation we could find. Continental breakfast was simple but appreciated as part of the room rate and Razi was lovely to meet us at check in and welcome us in the morning.

Location was okay. Mini mart across the street. They take dogs and was travelling with my pet.
