United KingdomThe location is second to none. The greeting as I arrived. The workers were wonderful and kind and full of stories! The rooms were fine.
The River Tour Boat to Laminai was extraordinary. Don Hilberto was the most knowledgable captain of the boat. Like having a professor in charge. He had participated in many archeological and biological studies at Laminai Mayan Archaeological Reserve. He was enlightening! We also saw howler monkey troops! Birds were gorgeous! We saw bats and a sleeping nightjar!
Food was Belizean and tasty. The bar was populated by happy families and people from the area! Kids welcomed to eat! Small play ground!

SpainComfy beds ( I slept in a 4 bed dorm), the owner is the nicest person and so helpful with every question you can have. There's coffee in the morning and a kitchen facility that can be used all day. And the custest ever two little dogs!

Everything very nice and enjoyable. Good AC, water pressure, smart TV. Lovely location on a lake. Restaurant and bar on site. Food and drink good and reasonably priced.Staff friendly and accommodating. Laundry service available.

The location on the lake is excellent. You can see crocodiles from your room. If you are doing a Lamanai river boat tour they will come and pick you up from the hotel jetty on the lake.
The Deck, although a separate restaurant (you could not bill back to your room) it was right next door and offered excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good prices for the location.

Great host. Nice facilities for a hostel type establishment. Good facilities. Nice individual room. Location ok especially if you have a car. Safe parking.

Ricky and his co-host were so nice and helpful and they got two cute dogs. They got a nice kitchen/lounge area and you’re not too far from the center of town.

Ricky! What a wonderful host. Goes out of his way to help out and accommodate all travellers. Always smiling. Thank you, Ricky! Excellent location - close to the bus station, good cafes (try Maria's Bakeshop - fantastic chai, frappuccinos, huge quesadillas, and Maria is the nicest person :) ), supermarkets, the river. If you're a runner, there are good streets for running near the hostel - easily did a nice 11km. Excellent kitchen, and gorgeous pet dogs.
