Location Location Location....right beside the lock we were able to watch the boats going through, walk the park and lock area and have a great dinner on site. Bed was comfortable. It needs a little updating but overall it was a great stay.

Motel was easy to find. Large grassy area to walk pets (dumpster nearby for doggies bombs). I didn't hear early risers leaving the grounds.. Tea and coffee etc were readily available. .

Pet friendly, breakfast, beds were great, and we were forewarned about the water being turned off the next morning to fix plumbing issues (like the stay we had last year, where only hot water was coming into the room, even the toilet).

Great location in Smith Falls. Lots of space for my service dog to run. It was like living in the country.
Owners are very responsive and polite.
Premises well maintained and comfortable.
I love not having to worry about elevators and huge reception areas.
I just parked my vehicle and walked into my room..
