Lovely hotel! We were bit hesitant to some of the reviews but we’re glad it didn’t sway us! The staff were lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not have the food there so cannot comment on that but everything else was excellent! Highly recommend staying here. Would also recommend getting a room with a view as we woke up every morning with exceptional views of the mountains! Was truly breathtaking. Nearest bus stop is 10 minutes walk and there is a shop which sells amazing cheese nearby! They also provide you with a free travel ticket throughout your stay to Interlaken and back which was super convenient.

Charlotte and the lady room attendant were very friendly and made me feel home during my stay. The room view was absolutely breathtaking—each morning felt like a dream as I woke up in awe of the stunning scenery. It was the kind of view that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and feel grateful for the moment. Truly unforgettable! I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends travelling to Switzerland. My experience was so exceptional that I’m already looking forward to returning—it’s a place I’d gladly revisit!
