My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).

Amazing location and view, close enough to the south gate of the national park, but very private, not crowded at all. Host and staff were extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Our host helped with planning and suggested great locations worth visiting. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, designed beautifully to the smallest detail. Food was very delicious, we had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

Amazing place and Tim Nice location close national park ten mins on foot Tim,the owner is fluent in English,helped me make tour route and drive us to the entrance,book tickets,very very helpful Hotel was cozy,with spacious room and gorgeous mountain view,big swimming pool you enjoy one whole day Breakfast served was rich ,especially suitable for foreigners,nice coffee toast and fruit and omelets. A wonderful family-run hotel in the mountains with a view of the Avatar Mountains .Delicious Chinese food at the local restaurant (we didn't have time to try everything on the menu in three days 😂) manager Tiffany speaks excellent English and resolves all your questions in no time! And Tiffany professionally planned itineraries to visit all the iconic locations, including purchasing all the tickets and providing transportation to the desired locations. Everything is so well-organized that all you have to do is enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the mountains. I want to come back and embrace the boundless beauty of the mountain peaks 👌Thank you Tiffany for the magnificent days 💕

Thank you so much Lucas! We had a lovely stay with amazing food. Lucas got us a complimentary room upgrade, so we had a nice view on the mountains. He booked everything we needed to enter and explore the national parks. Everything worked out perfectly, pick up at the airport, taxis, tickets etc. Great value for money!

Carol is one of the kindest persons I met while travelling. She is very sweet, always available, with very helpful tips to helps on our journey in Zhangjiajie National Park. The food they cook for us was delicious and maybe the best meals we had in China. It felt like we were part of the family.

We went to No5 Valley Lodge to explore the Zhangjiajie National Park, and we loved every bit of it. The lodge is in a very remote area, meaning that you're not close to shops or towns, but that's exactly what we were looking for. It's 5 minutes away from the west entrance of the park, which was perfect in our opinion because we managed to escape the crowds on most of our hikes. The lodge is beautiful and the pictures don't always do it justice, especially the view from the restaurant and swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very cosy. We started in one of the rooms, that was next to the swimming pool, and as the weather was getting colder (low season), the heating system had been turned on, which meant it made quite a lot of noise. We let the staff know about this and they immediately changed our rooms and upgraded us. The staff, and particularly Frankie, is very friendly and helpful. They're very organised and will provide you with pre-defined routes of visit for the park, which is great as it's quite a confusing and large park, so you just have to follow their guidance! Finally, we loved the food there, it was of really good quality, but note it's not western. Again, that's what we wanted, so we were very happy with it.

I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.
