This is by far the best place I've stayed in China and it's all because of Merry, the host. She honestly will make your days in Zhangjiajie INCREDIBLE. Firstly, because she knows everything about the park, having worked there for many years. If you follow her suggestions, you'll really feel like you had the most of the place. Her meals are out of this world, freshly cooked vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, with that "homey" feel, that change every day. She can pre-book tickets and arrange transportation, in case you need. It's possible to do laundry, free of cost. Her place is less than a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the park. Rooms are also large, clean, comfortable and quiet. I can't wait to go back to her place!

We liked everything. Tim is a great guy! Always helped us and created a rest for us! The room is super! A comfortable bed! Not far from the entrance to the park, there are grocery stores and restaurants. I recommend the hotel!!!

A wonderful family-run hotel in the mountains with a view of the Avatar Mountains .Delicious Chinese food at the local restaurant (we didn't have time to try everything on the menu in three days 😂) manager Tiffany speaks excellent English and resolves all your questions in no time! And Tiffany professionally planned itineraries to visit all the iconic locations, including purchasing all the tickets and providing transportation to the desired locations. Everything is so well-organized that all you have to do is enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the mountains. I want to come back and embrace the boundless beauty of the mountain peaks 👌Thank you Tiffany for the magnificent days 💕

From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. My fiancé and I were blown away by the TWO massive swimming pools surrounded by mountain views - we had romantic midnight swims under the stars! The location is unbeatable: just a 2-min golf cart ride to Zhangjiajie Forest Park entrance (yes, the cart waits for you!). Staff even arranged our hiking routes to avoid crowds. Breakfast noodles and freshly baked croissants were to die for. Already planning our anniversary trip back! P.S. Ask for Room 301 - best private balcony!
