A wonderful family-run hotel in the mountains with a view of the Avatar Mountains .Delicious Chinese food at the local restaurant (we didn't have time to try everything on the menu in three days 😂) manager Tiffany speaks excellent English and resolves all your questions in no time! And Tiffany professionally planned itineraries to visit all the iconic locations, including purchasing all the tickets and providing transportation to the desired locations. Everything is so well-organized that all you have to do is enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the mountains. I want to come back and embrace the boundless beauty of the mountain peaks 👌Thank you Tiffany for the magnificent days 💕

If you are wondering where to stay for visiting the National Park, this is the place to be. The West entrance is the perfect starting point because you will go against the flow of tourists and have some hiking paths for yourself. Furthermore, Lukas is an amazing host and helped us to organise our tours incl. tickets for the parks and transportation . We were really enjoying the stay in this hotel and we highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. But what made our trip extra special was ​​Lucas​​, one of the most responsible and helpful staff we’ve ever met! From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out!
