Everything was great! The place is fantastic, located in the perfect spot to explore the black forest and the Colmar area. You open your window and see picturesque church, fields and mountains, you cannot believe it! Michael, the host, is a unique person, one of a kind! Very kind and helpful host. Well equiped and spacious apartment with beautiful view from the balcony. Delicious bakey next door. The house is surrounded with montains with nice hiking trails (you can just start walking from the house without taking the car). And even a lot more to discover within 15-30 minutes car ride.

    The views from the room were fantastic and the room was spacious and very well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and communications with the host were quick and efficient. The host's father lived on site and was available in case of any problems.

    It’s a family run business, they are all very kind and helpful. Saw New Years fireworks in the valley from our balcony! Good location for the Black Forest, was 45 min drive to full snow in feldberg, which was amazing on New Years Day! Breakfast very nice, German style and they cook you eggs of choice. Brilliant rooms, all very big. Best thing was the robot that helped in the breakfast room, the kids loved it!
