Our room was very spacious and stylish, with very comfortable beds. There was a safe and some hanging space for clothes. There was a bar and restaurant on the premises as well as a lovely courtyard. A friendly atmosphere there too. Excellent value for money.

Nice room, big and clean. Hotel is located in good area where you can go out after sunset with mo worries. Good restaurants are located in 15 min walking distance. 20 min to the historical center by taxi, 50 min to the airport. Clean bathroom, good water pressure in shower.

Very BIG room. Great hospitalyti, very very good staff. Beatiful building! Free coffi some drinks during night and day time. Good breakfast. Extra large bed. Hot Water in the sink, whot IS not common in Ecuador. Biggest hugs to staff it was lovly!

Everything! The owner and her team are incredible! They go out of their way to help. The Chef even helped with a heavy duffel bag, I’ve never seen hospitality like it and I work in the hotel industry. The food is incredible - breakfast, lunch and dinner and the chef at each meal period even delivers the food themself to explain each dish. English is widely spoken by the team also.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location, really central. Roughly 45 mins - 1 hour drive from the airport. Nice rooftop, also about 5 minute walk to the Basilica. Stayed in the galapagos room - really comfortable.

This is one of those hotels that truly deserves a positive review. The location is excellent, and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is tidy and beautifully decorated. My room even had universal sockets, which was a nice detail. The beds are comfortable, and the internet is stable. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I especially want to highlight the staff. Extremely attentive, caring, friendly, and fluent in English. Highly recommended!

    Veronica - she's super helpful Oh, and the house, the room, and the location. Restaurants and shopping is minutes away by foot, and a visit to downtown is ~$4 with Uber. We were able to fit our car into their tiny 1-car garage - availability is very limited. Our dog also loved it.

    This is more like staying in someone's home than a hotel. Very kind helpful staff, speak really good English which was very helpful when we first arrived and getting our bearings. The hotel is very close to a corner shop where we could buy water.Also near a large supermarket. El Maple was an amazing vegetarian and vegan restaurant within walking distance Pet friendly if you wish to bring your dogs too. Roddy was a bit of a character.
