Angela the owner was communicative, helpful and friendly. Owners dog (Poppy) and chickens added to the charm of the place as did the variety of local footpaths. We also appreciated the games room. Everyone in our party of 10 enjoyed themselves. The great weather was a much appreciated bonus! Close to nearby villages with pubs/shops and takeaways. Near to the locations we wanted to visit in the area, canals etc. Host was friendly enough and helpful. Our cottage, Sunset, was comfortable and adequate for two of us and my husband’s guide dog and all on one level which was great for us. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was very hot.
