Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. We stayed two times and the second was even better than the first. Staff is amazing, kind and caring. Room way spacious. If you leave for a day or two to explore other parts of Georgia, they store your luggage and let you park your car in front of the hotel so you don't have to worry about it.

Wonderful Stay with Stunning Kutaisi Views! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking cityscape views—especially from the private balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. Waking up to such a scenic panorama every morning was truly a highlight. What made the experience even more special was the hostess. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed while respecting my privacy. We felt like staying in a home away from home, it is aptly named by host Mari and Beso, who ensured that our stay was extremely comfortable. Impeccably clean rooms, a cute balcony. I liked absolutely everything. To be honest it’s the best stay in Georgia, I have been in many places, hotels, guest houses all around , but only here I could really feel like home. Great hospitality, very comfortable, perfect location an very silent district. Highly recommended !
