What a stay at Guest House Top Floor. The owner and his family are super friendly, gave a lot of information and could answer all our questions. The house is really beautiful with a very architectural staircase, some quiet balconies and a garden. The breakfast was really good, fresh and tasty and they even paid attention to my gluten alllergy without any problem. It's good located in Telavi, close to the beautiful palace and in the neighbourhood are some good restaurants. Also easy accesible by foot for going to the bus station. We loved our stay, we felt super welcome and we can really recommend it !

A very quiet place, in a quiet neighborhood. All facilities are available: washing machine, fridge, kitchen, garden with lots of shadow places. The beds are old style, but clean. Thick mattresses, pillows. I had 2 very good nights of sleep.

It really was like staying with a local family & friends. The huge room was warm, comfortable & clean. The kitchen facilities & bathroom was clean & great to have an electric jug to boil water for coffee, tea was kindly provided as was local wine generously. Great location as easy to access sights, old city, fortress & bus stn. Incredibly cheap & great value for money & highly recommend.Also the fine view from the veranda was superb & v quiet, relaxing place to enjoy local wines.
